摘要

目的 建立同时测定甘草中4种糖苷类成分含量的方法,鉴别3种正品甘草。方法 以甘草药材为研究对象,采用RP-HPLC,建立同时测定芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷、芹糖异甘草苷和芒柄花苷含量的方法。在此基础上,测定了55份法定3种甘草样品,并从化学成分含量的角度鉴别3种正品甘草。结果 以这4种成分含量及其比值作为鉴别3种正品甘草药材的依据,鉴别甘草的准确率达到100%,区分光果甘草和胀果甘草的准确率达到94.7%。结论 本实验建立的HPLC分析方法稳定性、精密度和重复性良好,所确定的指标适用于3种正品甘草的鉴别。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneously quantifying four kinds of flavonoid glycoside in licorice, and by which three statutable species of genuine licorices could be identified by its chemical ingredients. METHODS With the Licorice as the study object, a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous quantification of liquiritin apioside, liquiritin, isoliquiritin apioside and formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in licorice was developed.Fifty-five samples identified the statutable three species of licorice in morphological characters were determinated by this method . Three species of licorice were identified from the contents of the chemical composition. RESULTS The identification accuracy was 100% in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and 94.7% in identifying Glycyrrhiza glabra L. and Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat. CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC method established in this paper can attain a stable, accurate and reproducible result, these indicators can be used to identify the three statutable species of licorice.
