摘要

目的 有效提高管花肉苁蓉和荒漠肉苁蓉的接种率。方法 本实验选用柽柳和梭梭及管花肉苁蓉和荒漠肉苁蓉种子为实验材料,进行了激素浸种处理、不同接种深度、不同浸种时间、生根粉、保水剂和接种装置处理对肉苁蓉接种率影响的实验研究。结果 将肉苁蓉种子用500 mg·L-1的激素A浸泡24 h,用牛皮纸信封作为接种装置,接于40 cm土层深度,并灌溉3 g·L-1生根粉和4 g·L-1保水剂混合溶液2 L。结论结果可有效提高中药肉苁蓉接种率。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To improve the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk) Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.METHODS Tamarix, Haloxylon and Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.seeds were selected as the trial materials.The effects of hormone soaking, soaking time, inoculation depth, rooting powder, water retaining agents and inoculation devices on the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche were investigated.RESULTS The optimal inoculation process was determined as: soaking Cistanche seeds with 500 mg·L-1 hormone A for 24 h, using kraft paper envelope as the inoculation device, burying the envelope 40 cm down the earth, and irrigating 2 L equal-volume mixed solution of 3 g·L-1 rooting powder and 4 g·L-1 water retaining agent.CONCLUSION This technique can effectively improve the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. .
