目的 介绍非核苷类广谱抗病毒药物阿比朵尔药理作用、机制研究与临床应用的研究现状,为其深入的药理学研究以及抗病毒新药开发奠定基础。 方法 查阅国内外有关文献,进行整理和归纳。 结果与结论 阿比朵尔对流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、柯萨奇病毒等多种病毒具有抑制作用。目前阿比朵尔已在我国获准上市用于流感的治疗,临床疗效明确,并且副作用小、不易发生耐药。在新型H1N1流感肆虐之时,对阿比朵尓的理性研究具有重大的科学价值和临床前景。
