摘要
目的 研究紫金砂的化学成分。方法 药材采用体积分数80%乙醇提取,氯仿萃取,利用硅胶柱,RP-18反相柱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定13个化合物,分别为异欧前胡素(1)、水合氧化前胡素内酯(2)、拐芹色原酮(3)、佛手柑内酯(4)、欧前胡素(5)、ledebouriellol(6)、二氢欧山芹素(7)、isopimpinellin(8)、osthol(9)、3′(R)-+-亥茅酚(10)、oxypeucedanin ethanolate(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)、豆甾醇(13)。结论 化合物6~11为首次从紫金砂中分离得到,其中化合物6、11为首次从当归属植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Angelica polymorpha Maxim. METHODS The chloroform-soluble fraction of alcohol-extract was isolated and purified by column chromatography on silicagel,RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 column. All compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characters. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as isoimperatorin (1),aviprin (2),angeliticin A (3),bergapten (4),imperatorin (5),ledebouriellol (6),columbianadin (7),isopimpinellin (8) ,osthol (9) ,3′(R)-+-hamaudol (10) ,oxypeucedanin ethanolate (11) ,β-sitosterol (12) and stiamasterol (13). CONCLUSION Compounds 6-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 6 and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
