摘要

目的 对薰衣草不同部位中齐墩果酸和熊果酸进行含量测定。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(90∶10∶0.1),流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温25 ℃。结果 齐墩果酸、熊果酸分别在0.50~9.00 μg和0.92~16.56 μg内线性关系良好,回收率(n=9)分别为98.1%(RSD为1.8%)和98.3%(RSD为1.2%)。结论方法能够准确测定薰衣草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To determine oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Lavandula angustifolia Mill.. METHODS The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (90∶10∶0.1). The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 at 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 0.50 to 9.00 μg and 0.92 to 16.56 μg, respectively. The average recoveries (n=9) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 98.1% (RSD=1.8%) and 98.3%(RSD=1.2%), respectively. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reliable and sensitive for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Lavandula angustifolia.
