青霉素过敏病人血清 IL-5 的变化

摘要

目的 探讨白细胞介素( IL ) -5 在青霉素过敏反应中作用及其与 IgE 和 IgG 的关系。 方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA )测定了 47 例青霉素过敏病人(速发型、迟发型过敏反应病人分别为 36 例和 11 例)血清中的 IL-5 。 采用放射过敏原吸附试验( RAST )、 ELISA 测定 34 例病人血清中的 9 种特异性 IgE 、总 IgE 和 2 种特异性 IgG 。 结果 青霉素过敏病人血清中 IL-5 水平显著高于对照组( P <0.05 )。速发型和迟发型青霉素过敏病人血清中 IL-5 水平均显著高于对照组( P <0.05 )。特异性 IgE 抗体阴性的青霉素过敏病人血清中 IL-5 与多种特异性 IgE 抗体呈负相关( P <0.05 )。青霉素过敏病人血清中 IL-5 与总 IgE 、特异性 IgG 无明显相关性( P >0.05 )。 结论 IL-5 在青霉素过敏反应中起重要作用。
