摘要

目的 研究鹿根[ ( Rhaponticum carthamoides (Willd . ) Iljin. ]中化学成分。 方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、 Sephadex LH - 20 柱色谱法、 ODS 柱色谱法、聚酰胺柱色谱法和反复重结晶等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。 结果 从鹿根体积分数 70% 乙醇提取物中分离得到 11 个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:异鼠李素( 1 );汉黄芩素( 2 );山柰酚( 3 ),槲皮素( 4 ),槲皮素 -5- O- β- D- 吡喃葡萄糖苷( 5 ), 5- O- β- D- 吡喃葡萄糖 - 槲皮素 -3- 甲醚( 6 ),熊果酸( 7 ),蔷薇酸( 8 ), β - 蜕皮甾酮( 9 ), buplerol ( 10 ), lappaol A ( 11 )。 结论 化合物 2 , 6 , 8 , 10 , 11 均为首次从漏芦属植物中分离得到,化合物 7 为首次从植物鹿根中分离得到。

Abstract

" style="width:400px" rows="8" cols="">OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the herba Rhaponticum carthamoides (Willd.) Iljin. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column, ODS column, polyamide column, sephadex LH-20 column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. RESULTS 11 Compounds were isolated and identified as below: isorhamnetin (1), wogonin (2), kaempferol (3), quercetin (4), quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 3-O-methyl-quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), ursolic acid (7), euscaphic acid (8), β-ecdysterone (9),buperol (10) and lappaol A (11). CONCLUSION Compound 2, 6, 8, 10, 11 were obtained from this genus for the first time, and compound 7 was isolated from this herba firstly. style="width:400px" rows="8" cols="">
