目的 从 9 个蒙古黄芪同源四倍体株系中筛选出皂苷类成分含量显著高于二倍体的株系。 方法 采用分光光度法对蒙古黄芪二倍体及 9 个同源四倍体株系的试管苗所含的黄芪总皂苷进行了含量测定,并采用 HPLC-ELSD 对所含的 5 种主要单体皂苷的含量进行了测定。 结果 9 个蒙古黄芪同源四倍体株系的总皂苷及单体皂苷含量均显著高于二倍体株系。 结论 采用多倍体诱导技术可以有效提高蒙古黄芪中皂苷类成分的含量。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To screen those autotetraploid strains that have saponins obviously higher than that of diploids from 9 autotetraploid strains of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao. METHODS The spectrophotometry was used to determine the total saponins of Autragalas(TSA) of 9 autotetraploid strains and diploid of A. membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao,and the HPLC-ELSD was used to determine five saponins of them. RESULTS The total saponins and five saponins of 9 autotetraploid strains were obviously higher than those of diploids. CONCLUSION The technology of inducing autotetraploid can efficiently elevate the saponins of A. membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao.
