摘要

目的研究马蔺(Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis)的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex HL-20柱色谱法及重结晶等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从马蔺体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(hispidulin,1)、5,4′-二羟基-6、7-亚甲二氧基黄酮(kanzakiflavone-2,2),5-羟基-7、4′-二甲氧基黄酮-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖(embigenin,3),5-羟基-7、4′-二甲氧基黄酮-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-2-O-L-鼠李糖(embinin,4),5、7-二羟基-苯并呋喃色酮(ayamenin B,5),1、3、6、7-四羟基(口山)酮-2-C-β-D-葡萄糖(mangiferin,6),胡萝卜苷(7),β谷甾醇(8)以及papuline(9)、3-苯基乳酸(α-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid,10)。结论其中化合物1~3,5,7~10均为在该植物中首次分得,化合物9、10为本属植物中首次发现。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Iris lactea Pall.var.Chi-nensis (Fisch.) koidz.. METHODS The raw material was extracted with 70% alcohol,isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,and purified by Sephadex HL-20 and recrystallization. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated as 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone(hispidulin,1),5,4′-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone (kanzakiflavone-2,2),6-C-glucosylapigenin 7,4′-dimethyl ether (embigenin , 3) , embinin (4) , ayamenin B(5) , mangiferin(6) , daucosterol (7) , β-sitosterol (8), papuline (9) and α-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid (10). CONCLUSION Compound 1-3,5,7-10 were isolated from this plant for the first time,Compound 9 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
