摘要

目的研究黄芩汤大孔吸附树脂分离精制工艺条件。方法以黄芩苷、芍药苷、甘草酸为指标,对5种不同型号大孔吸附树脂进行筛选,确定了分离黄芩汤的最佳树脂,并通过正交实验设计法和单因素考察法确定了大孔树脂分离精制黄芩汤的工艺条件。结果AB-8型大孔树脂对黄芩汤具有良好的吸附分离性能,其工艺条件为:选用2倍(生药)量大孔树脂,先以8倍(生药)量水洗,再以6倍量体积分数为70%乙醇洗脱为最佳。结论该工艺可有效地用于黄芩汤的分离精制。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the purification conditions of Huangqin Decoction by macroporous absorption resins.METHODS With baicalin,paeoniforin and glycyrrhizic acid as index,five different types of macroporous absorption resins were used to purify Huangqin Decoction.And the optimization of the purification technique was performed by orthogonal test and single factor test.RESULTS AB-8 type macroporous absorption resin was selected.The optimal purification conditions were:the ratio of resin to raw material was 2,8 volumes of water to elute the resin and 6 volumes of 70% ethanol as elution solvent.CONCLUSION The technique can be used to purify Huangqin Decoction effectively.
