微乳体系对药物吸收、分布和药动学的影响

摘要

目的综述了微乳载体对药物在体内的吸收、分布及药动学等方面的影响,为制剂研究者在选用微乳这一越来越重要的载药体系提供理论依据和实例参考。方法查阅大量国内外相关文献。结果与结论微乳作为一种新型药物载体具有分散性高、增溶效果好和生物黏附性强等优点,并能提高药物的生物利用度、影响药物的代谢和分布、延长药物在机体内的滞留时间及提高组织靶向性。
