OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Lonicera dasystyla Rehd.METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from the plant, they were identified as luteolin(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ),loganin(Ⅴ),sweroside(Ⅵ),secoxyloganin(Ⅶ),grandifloroside(Ⅷ),respectively.CONCLUSION All the compounds were obtained from L.dasystyla Rehd.for the first time, and compound Ⅷ was isolated from the genus Lonicera linn for the first time.
