摘要
目的建立麻黄药材中麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法麻黄药材提取液采用高效液相色谱法分析,色谱柱LunaC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(4:96),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为ρ=0.049221A-2.16942,r=0.9990,线性范围4.0~120mg·L-1,平均回收率为99.3%;盐酸伪麻黄碱的回归方程为ρ=0.040223A-0.77840,r=0.9999,线性范围4.1~123mg·L-1,平均回收率为100.4%。结论本方法稳定,重现性好,操作简单,是检测麻黄药材中麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱的较理想方法。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Herba Ephedraes.METHODS The HPLC method was used.The column was Luna C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetontrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution(4:96).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS The regression equation of ephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 4.0~120 mg·L-1(ρ=0.049 221A-2.169 42,r=0.999 0).The average recovery was 99.3%.The regression equation of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 4.1~123 mg·L-1(ρ=0.040 223A-0.778 40,r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 100.4%.CONCLUSION The method was stable and accurate.It is a better method to determine ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Herba Ephedraes.
