摘要
目的建立同时测定莪术油注射液中3种成分含量的方法。方法采用VP-ODSC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)。流动相:0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:210nm。结果4种成分线性关系良好,r>0.9997,平均回收率均大于99.0%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,可作为制剂质量控制。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of three constituents curdione,curcumol and germacrone in zedoary turmeric oil injection.METHODS The sample was analyzed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase consisting of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile by gradient eluteion at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS The good linearity,recovery and reproducibility were obtained.The mean recoveries were above 99.0% and RSDs were below 20%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick to process and accurate,and can be used for quality control for zedoary turmeric oil injection.
