Calu-3细胞模型在吸入制剂研究中的应用

摘要

目的综述呼吸道上皮细胞模型calu-3的主要特点及其在吸入制剂研究中的应用。方法查阅文献,进行整理归纳。结果Calu-3细胞模型可用于药物经吸入途径给药的安全性和有效性评价、吸收促进剂筛选、药物吸收转运机制等方面的应用研究。结论Calu-3细胞模型在吸入制剂研究中具有广阔的应用前景。
