摘要

目的建立四季青药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为该药材的质量评价提供实验依据。方法采用高效液相色谱技术,ZorbaxSb C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),1%冰醋酸(含0.2%三乙胺)-乙腈梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果指纹图谱研究和含量测定方法学考察的各项参数均符合有关规定,以系统聚类分析将样品分为两类,每类中各批样品的相似度均大于0.85。结论HPLC指纹图谱的建立为四季青药材的质量评价提供了实验依据。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-FP for the determination of Folium Ilicis Purpurea. METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on a Zorbax Sb C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase used in gradient elution consisted of 1% acetic acid solution (including 0.2% triethylamine) and acetonitrile, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS 14 Common peaks were obtained in 20 batches of samples. The samples were divided into two groups by hierarchical clustering analyses. The similarity of each fingerprint within one group was higher than 0.85. CONCLUSION The established method can be used for quality control of Folium Ilicis Purpurea.
