摘要

目的对藤苦参化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱技术对傣药藤苦参的化学成分进行系统了研究,分离得到了7个强心苷及苷元类化合物,利用理化性质和现代波谱技术确定了这些化合物的结构。结果这7个化合物分别为digitoxo-genin (Ⅰ),16-O-acetylgitoxigenin (Ⅱ),periplogenin (Ⅲ),16-O-acetylperiplogenin (Ⅳ),periplogenin digitoxoside (Ⅴ),perip-logenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-digitoxopryanoside (Ⅵ),periplogenin-glucoside (Ⅶ).结论以上7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅳ首次从天然界分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Streptocaulon griffithii.METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences.RESULTS Seven cardenolides were obtained and identified as digitoxogenin(Ⅰ),16-O-acetylgitoxigenin(Ⅱ),periplogenin(Ⅲ),16-O-acetylperiplogenin(Ⅳ),periplogenin digitoxoside(Ⅴ),periplogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-digitoxopryanoside(Ⅵ),periplogenin-glucoside(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION All the compounds are obtained from Streptocaulon griffithii for the first time and compound Ⅳ is isolated for the first time in nature.
