一次性输液器在药物输注过程中对药物的吸附及安全性问题

摘要

目的探讨一次性输液器的输液管路及终端滤器对药物的吸附作用,及其在药物输注过程中的安全性问题。方法通过查阅首都医科大学图书馆数据库,总结一次性输液器产生吸附效应的药物品种、影响因素,以及在应用过程中的安全性。结果一次性输液器对多种药物产生吸附效应,影响因素与输液器的材质、药物浓度、药液流速、输液溶媒的pH、滤膜的材质、结构等有关。输液管路当中的增塑剂具有潜在的安全性问题。结论一次性输液器对药物的吸附作用及安全性问题应引起临床工作者的重视。
