摘要
目的对怀牛膝(Achyranthese bidentataBl.)根中三萜皂苷类成分进行研究,阐明其药效物质基础。方法利用硅胶柱、ODS柱、制备液相等进行分离,利用光谱技术和化学常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物:即齐墩果酸(Ⅰ),竹节参皂苷-1(Ⅱ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅲ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-(6′-丁酯)-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅳ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-(6′-甲酯)-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅴ),3-O-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸)-齐墩果酸-28-O-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)(Ⅵ),chikusetsusaponin Ⅳ a ethylester(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To obtain a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components, triterpenoidal saponins were studied from the root of Achyranthese bidentata Bl METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column,ODS column and prep-HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral evidence.RESULTS Seven compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ), chikusetsusaponin Ⅰ (Ⅱ) ,oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(Ⅲ) , oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside-6-O-butyl ester(Ⅳ), oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside-6-O-methyl ester(Ⅴ),3-O-(β-D-glucuronopyranosyl)-oleanolic acid-28-O-(β-D-glucopyran-osyl)(Ⅵ) and chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa ethyl ester (Ⅶ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
