摘要

目的采用正交实验设计,对复方中药酸枣仁汤提取工艺进行优化。方法采用RP-HPLC测定酸枣仁汤中质量控制指标棘苷、阿魏酸、芒果苷、甘草酸的含量。以4个指标的含量测定结果及浸膏得率为考察指标,选用L9(34)正交表安排实验,对提取溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素进行优化。结果酸枣仁汤最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量体积分数95%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论该研究为酸枣仁汤剂型改革和制剂工艺研究提供实验依据。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the optimal alcohol extraction process of suanzaoren decoction by orthogonal design.METHODS RP-HPLC methods were developed for the determination of spinosin, ferulic acid, mangiferin and glycyrrhizic acid in suanzaoren decoction. The contents of components and extraction yield were selected as assessment indices. Three factors were studied by L9(34), including the solvent consumption, duration of extraction and times of extraction. RESULTS The optimal extracting condition was 95% alcohol consumed as ten times of crude herb amount, and three times for 1 h each time. CONCLUSION This study supplies basic and instructive data for further research and development of suanzaoren decotion formulation.
