摘要
目的研究石榴皮提取物对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法采用维生素C/Fe2+,半胱氨酸/Fe2+诱导大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化,通过测定产生的丙二醇的含量,观察石榴皮对大鼠肝微粒体氧化损伤的保护作用。结果石榴皮对维生素C/Fe2+,半胱氨酸/Fe2+诱导的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化有较强的保护作用,与对照组相比差异显著。结论石榴皮对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化具有保护作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of Punica granatum L. on rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation.METHODS The lipid peroxidation model of rat liver microsomal was manufactured by two kinds of systems,Vit C/Fe2+ and Cys/Fe2+. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was determined.RESULTS Compared with model group, all of the Punica granatum L.groups dose-dependently inhibited the increases of MDA content in the rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidationinduced by Vit C/Fe2+ and Cys/Fe2+ system.CONCLUSION Punica granatum L. has protective effect against rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation.
