摘要
目的同时比较不同居群半夏在南、北方种植的质量,为半夏的选育和引种栽培提供理论依据。方法将采自不同产地的半夏分别随机种植在南方和北方基地,通过收获指数、含水量、总生物碱含量、综合指数等指标进行比较。结果在北方种植的不同居群的半夏在产量、干物质含量、生物碱含量上都好于南方;引自安岳、河北的半夏无论在北方还是南方收获指数和生物碱含量均较高,其次是潜江半夏。总体上,南方半夏引种至北方好于北方引种至南方。结论南方种源半夏引种至北方好于北方种源引种至南方。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the quality of different populations of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. cultivated in the Northen and Southen area.METHODS Different populations of P. ternata.were cultivated in experiment farm in Beijing and Nanchong in Sichuan. The gain index, total alkloids, appraisement index of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.were compared.RESULTS The yield, quality and total alkloids of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit.cultivated in the Northen area were better than that cultivated in the Southen area. The yield and total alkloids of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. introduced from Anyue,Hebei and Qianjiang were suitable for cultivation in northern and southern area.CONCLUSION The southern populations of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit.introduced to the Northen area are better than the Northern ones introduced to the Southen area.
