摘要
目的研究豨莶草乙酸乙酯部位中化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等色谱技术分离和纯化化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和运用波谱技术解析鉴定结构。结果从豨莶草乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,其中1个查尔酮类化合物为3′,5′,β-三羟基-3,4,4′,α-四甲氧基查儿酮(3′,5′,β-trihydroxy-3,4,4′,α-tetramethoxy-chalcone,1),5个二萜类成分分别为奇任醇(kirenol 2),豨莶精醇(darutigenol 3),豨莶酸(siegesbeckicacid 4),对映-16β,17-二羟基贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸(ent-16β,17-dihydroxy-19-kauranoicacid 5),对映-17-羟基贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸(ent-16αH-17-hydroxy-19-kauranoicacid 6),1个甾醇类化合物为豆甾醇(stig-masterol 7)。结论3′,5′,β-三羟基-3,4,4′,α-四甲氧基查儿酮为新化合物。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate fraction of Herba Siegesbeckiae.METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel columns and MPLC, and their structures were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as 3′, 5′,β-trihydroxy-3,4,4′,α-tetramethoxy-chalcone(1),kirenol(2),darutigenol(3),siegesbeckic acid(4),ent-16β,17-dihydroxy-19-kauranoic acid(5),ent-16αH-17-hydroxy-19-kauranoic acid(6) and stigmasterol(7).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is the new compound.
