摘要
目的研究新疆雪莲(Saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir)的化学成分。方法应用各种柱色谱的方法进行分离;应用化学和各种光谱分析的方法鉴定化合物。结果从新疆雪莲的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到8个香豆素类成分,它们分别为蛇床子内酯(osthol),佛手内酯(bergapten),异茴芹内酯(isopimpinellin),爱得尔庭(edultin),叶鞘二醇二乙酸酯(vaginidiol di-acetate),别异因波拉托内酯(alloisoimperatorin),噢洛内酯(oroselol),花椒香豆素(xanthotoxol)。结论这8个香豆素均为首次从新疆雪莲中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Saussurea involucrate Kar. et Kir. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopy evidences. RESULTS Eight coumarin compounds were isolated and identified as osthol, bergapten, isopimpinellin, edultin, vaginidiol diacetate, alloisoimperatorin, oroselol, xanthotoxol, respectively. CONCLUSION The eight coumarin compounds are isolated from Saussurea involucrate Kar. et Kir. for the first time.
