摘要
目的建立一种用于丹参提取过程终点快速判断的近红外分析方法。方法将近红外光谱在线分析技术与化学计量学方法相结合,以HPLC分析法为参照,构建丹参提取过程在线终点判断方法。结果将该法应用于丹参工业化提取过程,其终点判断结果与实际生产相符。结论所建方法快速、准确、有效,能够应用于丹参生产过程的快速终点判断。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop a rapid on-line endpoint determination during Salviae miltiorrhiza extraction process by near infrared spectroscopy.METHODS With HPLC as a reference method, an approach was built for the endpoint determination for industrial production of Salviae miltiorrhiza based on the on-line near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics.RESULTS This proposed method was demonstrated in industrial extraction process. The result is accurately confirmed by HPLC analysis. CONCLUSION This method is rapid, accurate, effective and applicable for the extraction process of Salviae miltiorrhiza.
