摘要

目的考察莫诺苯腙(MB)与β-环糊精(β-CD)及羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)的包合作用。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定莫诺苯腙含量,相溶解度法研究了β-CD及HP-β-CD对莫诺苯腙的包合作用、增溶作用及包合过程中热力学参数变化。结果莫诺苯腙与两种环糊精在包合过程中的吉布斯自由能变化(△G)、焓变(△H)和熵变(△S)均为负值。形成包合物后,莫诺苯腙的溶解度和溶出速率显著增加,HP-β-CD对莫诺苯腙的增溶作用强于β-CD,而莫诺苯腙β-CD的稳定常数高于HP-β-CD包合物。结论莫诺苯腙与两种环糊精在水溶液中均可自发形成1∶1(物质的量的比例)可溶性包合物,从而增加了其溶解度,所有包合过程为放热反应。HP-β-CD对莫诺苯腙的增溶作用强于β-CD,而莫诺苯腙β-CD的稳定常数高于HP-β-CD包合物。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the inclusion effects of β-CD and HP-β-CD on monobenzone.METHODS The content of monobenzone was determined by the UV chromatography method.The phase solubility method was used to study the intermolecular reaction between the host and guest agents, the soluble effects of 2CDs on monobenzone and thermodynamic profiles in the complexation.RESULTS All thermodynamic parameters of △G,△H and △S in the complexations gave negative values.The solubility and dissolution was improved when monobenzone complexed with HP-β-CD or β-CD,however the stability constant of monobenzone-β-CD was higher than that of monobenzone-HP-β-CD.CONCLUSION The 1∶1 molar ratio of inclusion complex of monobenzone with each CD is spontaneously formed under the experimental temperature.The solubility and dissolution of monobenzone complexed with HP-β-CD is higher than that of monobenzone complexed with β-CD.However,the stability constant of monobenzone-β-CD is higher than that of monobenzone-HP-β-CD.
