摘要

目的探讨纳米粒子是否能从体内排出。方法将纳米活性炭(ACNP)或印度墨水经静脉注入动物体内,在注射后不同时间收取胆汁和尿液,在透射电镜下观察有无纳米粒子的排出。在停药后不同时间取动物肝脏、肠和肾脏等脏器组织进行光镜病理检查,提供纳米粒子是否可以从这些器官排出的佐证。结果经静脉注射的纳米粒子可随血液分布到肝脏、肠和肾脏等脏器组织中,胆汁及尿液中含有大量高密度粒子。结论纳米粒子可能随胆汁,尿液排出体外;肺,小肠,大肠可能是纳米粒子排泄的另外途径。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the possible excretion pathways of nano-particles.METHODS Biliary and urinary samples were collected and prepared for transmission electron microscopy observation after activated carbon nano-particles(ACNP) and Indian ink(II) were injected into rabit's vein.Meanwhile,liver,intestine and kidney were taken out and pathological sections were prepared for light microscopy observation.RESULTS The intravenous nano-particles had wide distribution in animalis-liver, intestine and kidney and there were many nano-particles in bile and urine. CONCLUSION Nano-particales may be excreted through bile and urine.Lung,small intestine and large intestine may also be excretion pathways.
