摘要

目的观察双苯氟嗪(dipfluzine,Dip)对卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRSP)卒中后的治疗作用。方法观察Dip对SHRSP卒中后神经症状、体重、存活时间、血小板粘附率、脑系数以及病理形态学变化的影响。结果Dip能够明显延长SHRSP卒中后的存活时间,改善其神经症状,抑制卒中后体重减轻并能显著地降低血小板粘附率及脑系数,减轻脑水肿,对海马CA1区神经元损伤有明显的保护作用。结论Dip对SHRSP脑卒中有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effect of dipfluzine(Dip) on stroke in stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRSP).METHODS The SHRSP were used to study effects of Dip on stroke.The neurological deficits,body weight,life span,rate of platelet adhesiveness,brain coefficient and pathomorphological changes were measured after stroke was induced in SHRSP.RESULTS After the onset of stroke,the life span of the rats was prolonged,the score of neurological deficit,rate of platelet adhesiveness and brain coefficient were reduced markedly and the neuronal density in hippocampal CA1 region was increased by Dip.CONCLUSION Dip might have the therapeutic effect on stroke in SHRSP.
