DNA/阳离子脂质体复合物的构效关系

摘要

目的综述近年DNA/阳离子脂质体复合物(lipoplexes)构效关系的研究进展。方法根据近年来有关研究文献,对DNA/阳离子脂质体复合物的结构及构效关系进行了综述。结果与讨论构效关系的研究及深入阐明,可指导设计高效安全的载体。
