目的采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法分离测定利咽颗粒中的牛蒡子苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters C₁₈柱(25 cm×4.6 mm, 5μm)；柱前加预柱(2.5cm×4.6 mm)，流动相：乙腈-0.02%磷酸溶液(pH=2.85)(20∶80)；柱温35℃；检测波长为228 nm；流速1.0 mL·min^-1。结果牛蒡子苷的平均绝对回收率为(90.16±1.45)%，RSD为1.61%；平均相对回收率(99.74±1.69)%，RSD为1.69%。结论本方法准确可靠、重复性好，样品净化完全，杂质干扰小，牛蒡子苷得到了很好的分离，同时也有利于色谱柱的保护。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of arctiin in Liyan granules by SPE(solid-phase extraction)HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic column was Waters C₁₈(25 cm×4.6 mm,ID),the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile0.02% H₃PO₄(pH=2.85) with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 35℃ with the detection wavelength at 228 nm. RESULTS The average absolute recovery of this method was (90.16±1.45)%,RSD=1.6%.The average relative recovery was (99.74±1.69)%，RSD=1.69%. CONCLUSION This method was accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method for Liyan granules.
