摘要
目的 观察强化SOD刺梨汁对砷中毒大鼠血红细胞SOD,血浆MDA及其排砷、保肾作用和对小鼠免疫功能及微核的影响。方法 分别以大鼠和小鼠建立砷中毒动物模型, 以二巯基丙磺酸钠(DMPS)作阳性对照,观察强化SOD刺梨汁对砷中毒大鼠的排砷作用,以及对SOD活性、MDA浓度和肾功能的影响, 并观察小鼠免疫功能及微核的变化。结果 强化SOD刺梨汁对砷中毒大鼠有排砷作用但弱于DMPS, 能有效地纠正砷中毒大鼠血中SOD活性降低、MDA浓度升高、肾功能损伤以及小鼠微核增多、免疫功能下降。结论 强化SOD刺梨汁对砷中毒动物显示出较好的防治作用,包括排砷作用,以及对砷中毒造成的继发性损害有明显的保护作用,其综合作用明显优于DMPS。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Cili juice enriched with SOD(CLJES) on arsenic elimination, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes, concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma, immunity functions, micronucleus changes in the PCE in arsenic poisoning animals.METHODS The animals were divided into 6 groups (10 mice or rats /group): normal control group, arsenic poisoning model group and 4 groups of arsenic poisoning, which were treated with the different drugs including Unithiol (DMPS)、Vitamin C and CLJES 1, 2 . Uric arsenic content within 24 hours was measured every week. After 6 weeks, arsenic content in urine and blood, SOD activity in erythrocytes, MDA concentration in plasma tissue, function of kidney of mice, and immunity function, micronucleus numbers of rats were examined,respectively.RESULTS CLJES markedly increased arsenic elimination from the renal, decreased arsenic content in blood of mice, but its strength was lower than DMPS.It also reduced MDA concentration in plasma, raise SOD activity in erythrocytes and enhanced immunity function, cut down micronucleus number of rats.CONCLUSION In the treatment of arsenic poisoning, CLJES showed more beneficial than DMPS.
