Comparison of the acetone extracts of Coix lachrymajobi from different cultivated area and analysis of fatty acids in Guizhou Coix lachrymajobi by GC-MS
OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of the seeds of Coix lachryma-jobi from 13 different cultivated area.METHODS Based on the weight of their acetone extracts and TLC analysis,GC-MS were used for identiyfing the free fatty acid of Coix lachrymajobi from Guizhou.RESULTS The main constituents of acetone extracts from 13 different cultivated area were similar and their weights were different.CONCLUSION The quality of the seeds of Coix lachryrmajobi was related to their cultivated area. The results here provided basic comprehension for fine cultivated Coix lachryma-jobi.
