摘要

目的 评价不同地区来源的薏苡仁药材质量。方法 采用重量法及薄层色谱法对13个不同地区来源的薏苡仁的油脂含量及成分进行了比较研究,并应用GC-MS技术分析了贵州产薏苡仁脂肪酸成分。结果 不同地区来源的薏苡仁其丙酮提取物成分相近,得率存在差异。结论 薏苡仁中药材的质量与其种内变异是相关的,本实验为评价不同地区来源的薏苡仁药材提供了依据。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of the seeds of Coix lachryma-jobi from 13 different cultivated area.METHODS Based on the weight of their acetone extracts and TLC analysis,GC-MS were used for identiyfing the free fatty acid of Coix lachrymajobi from Guizhou.RESULTS The main constituents of acetone extracts from 13 different cultivated area were similar and their weights were different.CONCLUSION The quality of the seeds of Coix lachryrmajobi was related to their cultivated area. The results here provided basic comprehension for fine cultivated Coix lachryma-jobi.
