目的 对血啉甲醚原料药进行稳定性研究。方法 通过影响因素（强光照射、高温、高湿），加速和留样考察实验，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血啉甲醚原料药的含量变化。结果 反相高效液相色谱法研究血啉甲醚原料药的稳定性，方法灵敏、准确、重现性好。结论 血啉甲醚原料药对热不稳定，易分解；而在冷藏、冷冻条件下贮存，稳定性较好。

OBJECTIVE To study the stability of hermimether.METHODS RP-HPLC was used to determine the contents of hermimether under the conditions of severe test, accelerated test and longterm storage test.RESULTS This method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible.CONCLUSION Hermimether was unstable under heat. It was easy to decompose. Hermimether was stable while it was stored at 4℃ and -20℃.
