目的 研究阿夫唑嗪(alfuzosin,简称AFZ)的电化学行为和电极反应机制,拟定测定AFZ的单扫示波极谱法。方法 采用单扫示波极谱3法、循环伏安法进行研究。结果 在0.01 mol·L-1 KH2PO4K2HPO4(pH7.05)底液中,AFZ在汞电极上有一灵敏的导数还原峰,峰电位Ep=-1.60V(vs.SCE),峰高与AFZ的浓度在1.0×10-7~9.0×10-6范围内呈线性关系(r=0.997 9),检出限为3.0×10-8 mol·L-1。该法应用于片剂中AFZ含量的测定,得到满意结果。结论 实验表明,该体系属两电子还原的不可逆吸附过程。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the electrochemical behavior and reduction mechanism of afluzosin (AFZ) in phosphate buffer solution.A new method for the determination of AFZ was established by single-sweep oscillopolarography.METHODS Single-sweep oscillopolarography,cyclic voltammetry were used.RESULTS In a supporting electrolyte of 0.01 mol·L-1 KH2PO4K2HPO4(pH7.05),a sensitive derivative reduction peak of AFZ was found by single-sweep oscillopolarography.The peak potential was -1.60 V(vs.SCE).The relationship between peak height and the concentration of AFZ was linear from 1.0×10-7 to 9.0×10-6 mol·L-1.The detection limit was 3.0×10-8 mol·L-1.The method was applied to the determination of AFZ in the sample of tablet with satisfactory results.CONCLUSION This indicated an irreversible process with adsorption.
