目的 考察维生素D3-β环糊精包合物中维生素D3的理化性质和包合作用特性。方法 紫外分光光度法测定维生素D3含量,分别考察了包合物中维生素D3的溶解性和体外溶出速率;摩尔连续递变法测定包合物表观稳定常数和相关热力学参数。结果 形成的维生素D3-β环糊精包合物中主客分子摩尔比为 3∶1;以维生素 D3为对照,包合物中维生素D3的溶解明显增大,在0.1 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中溶出速率显著加快(P<0.01)。结论 维生素D3制成包合物有利于提高溶解度和稳定性。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the physico-chemical characteristics of vitamine D3 in the vatimine D3-β-CD includied complex.METHODS The contents of vitamine D3 was determined by the UV chromatography.At the same time, vitamine D3 released rate from inclusion complex and its solubility were investigated.The value of the apparent stability constant was calculated and thermodynamics parameters of the inclusion complex were studied by the continuous variation method(job plot).RESULTS In comparsion with vitamine D3,the inclusion complex enhenced the solubility and released rate of vitamine D3 in 0.1 mol·L-1 muriatic remarkably.The system showed a 3∶1 CD: D3 stoichiometry of complex.CONCLUSION It was helpful to increase solubility and stability by preparing vitamine D3 into the vitamine D3-β-CD inclosed complex.
