摘要
目的 研究苔类植物中的化学成分。方法 利用溶剂提取,柱层析分离和波谱数据测定确定所分离化合物的结构。结果 从细鳞苔属植物南亚瓦鳞苔的氯仿提取物中分离得到6个化合物, 经鉴定分别为豆甾醇-3-O-花生酸酯(Ⅰ), β谷甾醇(Ⅱ), 7,4′-甲氧-5-羟基黄酮(Ⅲ),十六碳酸甘油单酯(Ⅳ), 胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ), 蔗糖(Ⅵ)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the Chinese liverwort Trocholejeunea sandvicensis(Gott.)Mizut..METHODS After extraction with ethanol, the obtained extract was separated and analyzed over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by the spectral data of IR, MS and NMR.RESULTS The structures of six compounds were identified as: stigmosterol arachidate (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol(Ⅱ), 7,4′-dimethoxy-5-hydroxyflavoniod(Ⅲ) glycerin monopalmitate (Ⅳ), dausosterol (Ⅴ)and sucose (Ⅵ).CONCLUSION These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
