目的制备盐酸左氧氟沙星缓释片，并对其体外释放进行研究。方法通过测定盐酸左氧氟沙星释放度，进行释放机制及影响因素研究。结果盐酸左氧氟沙星缓释片体外释放曲线符合Higuchi方程。释放介质、转篮转速对药物释放有明显影响。结论制备的盐酸左氧氟沙星缓释片具有明显缓释作用。

OBJECTIVE To prepare levofloxacin hydrochloride sustained release tablets and evaluate drug dissolution in vitro. METHODS To study the mechanism and factors influencing drug release by determining dissolution rate. RESULT The release profile of levofloxacin hydrochloride from the tablets followed Higuchi kinetics.Drug release was influenced by the dissolution medium used and the speed of basket rotation. CONCLUSION The prepared sustainedrelease tablets showed a obviously sustainedrelease effect.
