目的 研究牛磺酸(taurine,Tau)对大鼠脑缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法 采用Pulsinelli的大鼠四动脉阻断脑缺血/再灌注模型,用放免方法检测脑组织中与前列腺素代谢有关的一些指标及测定脑水含量。结果 Tau可降低缺血/再灌注大鼠脑组织中血栓素B〈sub〉2〈/sub〉(TxB〈sub〉2〈/sub〉)水平,使6-酮-前列腺素F〈sub〉1α〈/sub〉(6-Keto-PGF〈sub〉1α〈/sub〉)与TxB〈sub〉2〈/sub〉的比值提高,同时降低脑水含量。结论 Tau对大鼠脑缺血性损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与其影响前列腺素系统的功能及降低脑水含量有关。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the protection of taurine against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries in rats. METHODS To use the model of cerebrel ischemia/reperfusion by four-vessel occlusion in rats,some indices related to the levels of prostaglandins in cerebral ischemic tissue were measured by the method of radioimmunoassay.The water content of cerebral ischemic tissue was also measured. RESULTS It was found that the TXB2 level in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion was reduced in rats,correspondingly elevated the 6-keto-PGF 1α/TXB2 ratio and reduced the brain water content. CONCLUSION Tau can be active against the damage of cerebral ischemia/reperfusin in rats.Its mechanism may be related to alter the levels of prostaglandins and reduce brain water content.
