摘要
目的 观察茶色素对四氯化碳(CCl〈sub〉4〈/sub〉),硫代乙酰胺(TAA),D-氨基半乳糖(D-Gal),醋氨酚(AAP),氯化镉(CdCl〈sub〉2〈/sub〉),乙醇(alcohol),DL-乙硫氨酸(DL-E)等肝毒物所致小鼠肝损害的影响。方法 预先给小鼠sc茶色素后再给肝毒物,检测血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性和肝脏三酰甘油(TG)含量,并取肝组织作病理显微镜检查。结果 茶色素能够显著降低由CCl〈sub〉4〈/sub〉,TAA,D-Gal,AAP,CdCl〈sub〉2〈/sub〉,alcohol,DL-E引起的ALT和肝TG升高,明显减轻CCl〈sub〉4〈/sub〉引起的肝坏死病变。结论 茶色素具有保护肝脏的作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of tea pigment (TP) on the liver injury induced by toxicants,such as CCl4,D-galaclosamine(D-Gal),thioacetamide (TAA),acetaminophenol(AAP),CdCl-2,alcohol and DL-ethlomine(DL-E) in mice. METHODS Giving TP to mice by sc 4~5 d and then giving toxicants to mice,the activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),the content of hepatic triglyceride (TG) and the change of hepatic pathological microscopy were determinted. RESULTS TP inhibited remarkbly the pathological changes of liver resulting from CCl4,D Gal,TAA,AAP,CdCl2,alcohol and DL-E,reduced the activety of ALT,decreased the content of the hopatic TG,lightened the hepatic pathological necrosis resulting from CCl4. CONCLUSION The results suggested that tea pigment has hepatoprotective function.
