摘要

目的 中药漏芦水煎液及其有机溶剂萃取液中微量元素提取率及比较研究。方法 采用等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICPAES)。测定了不同提取液中微量元素含量计算并比较了提取率。结果 中药漏芦各种剂型中微量元素含量(萃取率)是不同的。结论 提示了中药中微量元素种类、含量与其存在形态对其药效的关系。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE The extraction rate of the trace elements in Chinese Medicine Rhaponticum uniflorum with water leaching and organic reagent leaching solution was comparatively studied.METHODS The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was used for determination.The extraction rates of the trace elements with different preparations were determined and the comparative study was made.RESULTS The extraction rates of the trace elements with different preparations were different.CONCLUSION The relationship between the contents of the trace elements in Chinese Medicines and their clinical effects was explored.
