摘要
目的 研究测定肌苷注射液中肌苷含量的方法。方法 以固定化核苷磷酸化酶(EC2.4.2.1)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(EC1.2.3.2)与过氧化氢电极构成电流型酶电极,研究了肌苷酶电极分析法的各种分析条件及参数,并与纸色谱紫外分光光度法对比测定了肌苷注射液中肌苷含量。结果 酶电极法测定结果与纸色谱紫外法结果之间有较好的一致性。结论 采用酶电极法测定肌苷注射液中肌苷含量具有专一性高、成本低、分析速度快等优点。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the concentration of inosine in inosine injection. METHODS Nucleoside phosporylase and xanthine oxidase was co-immobilized at a hydrogen peroxide electrode,the enzyme electrode was used for the amperometric determination of inosine in its injection. RESULTS The correlation coefficient of the results between enzyme electrode and paper chromatography-UV method was 0.7391. CONCLUSION Inosine in inosine injection could be determined specifically,rapidly and inexpensively with enzyme electrode.
