摘要
目的 分离鉴定蓝萼香茶菜化学成分。方法 95%乙醇提取,硅胶及ODS柱层析分离,IR,NMR,MS方法确定结构。结果 分得5个化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ分别鉴定为蓝萼甲素(glaucocalyxin A)、蓝萼乙素(glaucocalyxin B)、蓝萼丁素(glaucocalyxin D)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)、芦丁(rutin)。结论 分得的5个化合物中芦丁和胡萝卜苷为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents from Rabdosia japonica. METHODS Chromatography on silica gel and ODS was used.The structures were determinde by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS spectral analysis. RESULTS Five constituents(I~Ⅴ) were elucidated as glaucocalyxin A,glaucocalyxin B,glaucocalyxin D,rutin,daucosterol,respectively. CONCLUSION Rutin and daucosterol were isolated from this plant for the first time.
