目的 研究石斛小菇(Mycena dendrobii Fan et Guo)的化学成分。方法 利用柱色谱法,从石斛小菇中分离出9个化合物,并根据理化性质和光谱技术,对其中的7个化合物进行了结构鉴定。结果 7个化合物分别为D-甘露醇(Ⅰ),尿嘧啶(Ⅱ),黄嘌呤(Ⅲ),5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅳ),狼毒甲素(Ⅴ),正三十一烷(Ⅵ)和尿素(Ⅶ)。结论 除D-甘露醇外,以上化合物均系首次从小菇属真菌中获得。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Mycena dendrobii Fan et Guo. METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by using column chromatgraphy with silica gel.Its structures were determined by IR,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS spectra respectively. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and seven of them were identified as D mannitol(Ⅰ),uracil(Ⅱ),xanthine(Ⅲ),5-hydroxymethyl furfuraldehyde(Ⅳ),2-furancarboxaldehyde,5,5-[oxybis(methylene)]bis(Ⅴ),hentriacontane(Ⅵ) and urea(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION It is the first time for these compounds exceptⅠ to be isolated from all the speies of Mycena geners.
