葱属植物甾体化合物及黄西酮化合物的研究进展

摘要

目的 概述近5年来葱属植物中甾体化合物及黄酮化合物的化学、药理等方面的研究进展。方法 查阅国内外资料并进行汇总、综述。结果 近年来从葱属植物中分离大量具生物活性的甾体化合物及黄酮化合物。结论 这两类化合物是葱属植物中重要的活性成分,是开发防治心血管疾病和抗肿瘤药物的重要依据,应结合药理实验进一步研究构效关系及作用机制,以利于开发应用。 
