目的:研究中药制剂妇炎宁胶囊的质量标准?方法:采用TLC对丹皮、延胡索、桂枝、赤芍等成分进行色谱鉴别,HPLC测定丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量?结果:TLC鉴别方法专属性强?含量测定丹参酮Ⅱ_A在0.102μg～0.510μg间有良好的线性关系?回收率为96.47%,RSD%为2.37%?结论:本质量标准可有效地控制妇炎宁胶囊的质量?

OBJECTIVE:To study the quality standard of Fuyanning capsule.METHODS:Thin layer chromatography was used for simultaneously identification of Cortex Moutan,Rhizoma Corydalls,Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.HPLC was used for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ_A.RESULTS:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The linearity for tanshinone Ⅱ_A was obtained over the range of 0.102～0.510μg.The average recovery of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A was 96.47% withRSD2.37%.CONCLUSION:This quality standard was capable of effectively controling the quality of Fuyanning capaule.
