摘要
目的:研究吸入剂体外模拟实验方法,进行有效药物量的测定。方法:采用自制双层液体碰撞器进行测定,第一级接受液为7ml,第二级(作用部位)接受液为30ml,抽吸速度为60L·min-1。测定结果与国外文献进行比较。结果:测定结果与国外文献一致,吸入剂有效部位药物量与剂型、品种及接受液种类有关。结论:自制双层液体碰撞器可用于吸入剂的质量监控。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study on method of inhalation simulation test in vitro.The effective dose of inhalation was deter mined.METHOD:The imitated twin-stage liq wuid impinger was used to dtermine the effective dose of inhalation.There was 7ml receiving liquid in stageⅠ,and 30 ml in stageⅡ (simulated action position).The aspirated speed was 60L·min-1.The test results were compared with that reported.RESULTS:There sults were corresponded with the foreign reports.The effective dose of inhalation was related to the dosage form,active ingredient properties and the receiving liquid kings.CONCLUSION:The imitated twin-stage liquid impinger could be used to control the quality of inhalation product.
