目的:考察灯盏细辛黄酮Z-1,Z-2对纤维化的作用。方法:结晶紫染色法和3H标记的脯氨酸掺入法测定化合物对成纤维细胞增殖和胶原合成的影响。结果:灯盏细辛黄酮Z-1(50μg·ml-1)能显著抑制成纤维细胞的增殖,Z-1和Z-2(6.25~50μg·ml-1)能剂量依赖性地抑制细胞内胶原合成。结论:灯盏细辛黄酮体外有抗纤维化作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect sof flavone mononers(Z-1,Z-2)separated from Erigeron bonariensis on fibrosis.METHODS:Crystal violets taining method and 3H-Proline incorporation method were used to study the effects of plant flavones on fibroblast proliferation and collagen composation.RESULTS:With the change of dosage,these flavones inhibited the fibroblats proliferation and intracellular collagen composation.But they did not influnce the excellular collagen volume.CONCLUSION:It showed that Z-1 and Z-2 had definite effects of antifibrosis.The seplant flavones may offer a new way to antifibrosis.
