目的:以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量为指标评价厚朴花的质量。方法:高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结果:厚朴花含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚(之和)约在0.192%~2.052%之间,越接近开花,其含量越低,其在花被中的含量最低(与花梗、雄蕊群、花托和雌蕊群中者相比较)。结论:以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量作为厚朴花的质量控制指标是可行的,幼小(未成熟的)花蕾在商品中应属于质量好的厚朴花之列。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of Magnolia officinalis flower in view of magnolol and honokiol that officinal flower contained. METHOD: HPLC was applied to quantitative analysis. RESULTS: Magnolia officinalis flower contained 0.192% to 2.052% magnolol and honokiol (plus). The more bud was near to bloom, the less it contained magnolol and hoaokiol (plus). Petal tissue contained less magnolol and honokiol as compared with other tissues in plump bud. CONCLUSION: Magnolol and honokiol are appropriate components for the quality control of Magnolia officinal flower. Premature bud is high quality Magnolia officinal flowers.
