目的:化学合成牛磺胆酸钠,并对其药理作用进行研究。方法:以胆酸为起始物,结合牛磺酸制备牛磺胆酸钠,并对其进行镇咳、祛疾和平端实验。结果:合成法制备牛磺胆酸钠收率在50%以上,其红外光谱与结构相符。
药理实验结果为:牛磺胆酸钠镇咳作用的减咳率为(31.4±6.92)%;祛痰作用酚红排泌量为(0.96±0.45)μg/ml;平喘作用解痉率为(78.0±29.7)%,且都与生理盐水间存在着显著性差异。结论:合成法制备牛磺胆酸钠结果令人满意。药理实验表明牛磺胆酸钠具明显的镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize sodium taurocholate and study its pharmacological effects. METHODS: Antitussive test, expectorant test and antiasthmatic test were made with sodium taurocholate prepared by conjugating starting compound cholic acid with taurine. RESULTS: The yield of synthetic product, the infrared spectrum of which was conformable to the chemical structure of sodium taurocholate, was over 50%.In antitussive test, expectorant test and antiasthmatic test, sodium taurocholate showed an antitussive rate of (31.4±0.96)%,excretion an amount of phenol red (0.96±0.45)μg/ml and an antispasmodic rate of (78.0±29.7 )%.They were all obviously different from those data of normal saline (P<0.O1).CONCLUSION:The synthetic method of sodium taurocholate is acceptable. It is proved that sodium taurocholate has evident antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
