目的:观察对乙酰氮基酚对肝细胞损伤的影响及阿魏酸钠的保护作用。方法:采用原代肝细胞培养,以细胞存活率及培养液中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性的变化为指标。结果:对乙酰氨基酚2μg·ml-1与细胞共同培养3h可形成稳定损伤,阿魏酸钠可明显提高损伤肝细胞活率,降低ALT活性。结论:阿魏酸钠对肝损伤有保护作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of paracetamol on primary cultured hepatocytes and hepato-protective action of sodium ferulate. METHODS: The hepatocytes viability and the ALT activities in the primary cultured hepatocytes were measured.RESULTS:The hepatocytes incubated with 2 g·ml-1 paracetamol for 3 hours induced liver cellstoxicity and sodium ferulate increased hepatocyte viability, decreased the ALT activities. CONCLUSION: Sodium ferulate alleviated paracetamol-induced liver damage.
